在对甲苯磺酸一水合物催化下,水杨酰胺与环己酮反应合成中间体Ⅰ,中间体Ⅰ与溴丙酰溴反应合成最终产品,纯度为99%,总收率为78%。
Under the catalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid monohydrate, the intermediate I was synthesized by the reaction of salicylamide and cyclohexanone. The intermediate I was reacted with bromopropionyl bromide to synthesize the final product with the purity of 99% and the total yield of 78%.
