首次提出用量热法来测量油水比,在西安交通大学多相流国家重点实验室油气水三相试验台上进行试验。试验中用计算机来监测和存储数据。对试验结果进行了相应的理论分析。结果表明,量热法具有简单,可靠,无任何运动部件等一系列的优点。准确地确定量热法测试系统中电热器出口温度测量处的温度场不均匀修正系数,是采用量热法测量油水比的关键。对于现场测量而言,采用多大功率的电热器还需进一步研究。
The method of calorimetry was first proposed to measure the ratio of oil to water, and the experiment was carried out on the oil-gas-water three-phase test bench of State Key Laboratory of Multiphase Flow in Xi’an Jiaotong University. In the experiment, a computer is used to monitor and store the data. The experimental results of the corresponding theoretical analysis. The results show that calorimetry is simple, reliable, without any moving parts and a series of advantages. Accurately determining the non-uniform temperature coefficient correction coefficient at the outlet temperature of the electric heater in the calorimeter test system is the key to measure the oil-water ratio by calorimetry. For on-site measurements, the use of multi-power electric heater needs further study.
