我厂具大量的核酸资源,年产鲱、鲐、鲅鱼精副产品达百吨以上。根据鱼精核酸在结构功能上的独特性,可采用一步酸解法提取具有激动酸,核酸降解物等多种活性的鱼精激素。经上百次的室内外试验,终于制成了具有一定增产效果的价廉的鱼精激素。一、使用方法:酸性较强的鱼精激素原液,在兑水使用前,先用氨水或碱水调至中性。花生用100ppm的热沙催芽,沙温20—25℃,催芽20—24小时后拣芽播种,小麦用40—100ppm鱼精液浸种10—12小时后晾干播种或用1000ppm拌种。也可用80、100ppm在小麦返青至扬花期内,进行叶面喷雾。二、使用效果:22次热沙催芽的花生处理中,
