据国务院医改办透露,扩大试点中的职工医疗改革,将充分考虑职工的生活状况,对低收入家庭和生活困难,因医疗费用开支过大而影响基本生活时,由职工所在单位从福利费中适当给予补助。 在医疗保障制度改革起步时,职工个人缴纳医疗保险费,原则上在增加工资的基础上进行;企业增资应在新增效益工资中列支。 职工供养的直系亲属暂不纳入职工医疗
