最近,我们在北京金朗大酒店地下室近25000m~2的混凝土墙、柱、顶面试用P08水泥性能改进剂(简称P08胶),做为混凝土表面抹灰的界面粘结剂。这种材料以多种高分子聚合物经溶液聚合而成,与水泥有很好的交接固化作用,从而可改善水泥的粘结性。在研制单位介绍的施工方法基础上,我们采用机喷胶浆法施工,收到了良好的效果。一、施工准备 1.材料 325号水泥(普通、矿渣、火山灰均可),中砂过3 mm筛子(最好用河砂),P08胶。 2.机具
Recently, we tried the P08 cement performance improver (P08 for short) on concrete walls, columns, and roofs of nearly 25,000m2 in the basement of Beijing Jinlang Hotel as the interface adhesive for concrete surface plastering. This kind of material is formed by solution polymerization of many kinds of macromolecule polymers, and has a good cross-linking and curing effect with cement, so that the cement’s cohesiveness can be improved.
