研究对象为１９８８年８月至１９９７年１２月就诊于我院妇产科门诊、建议应用７－甲基异炔诺酮治疗的１３４例围绝经期妇女，其中全子宫切除术后１４例。平均年龄为５５．２岁（４２岁至 ７０岁），平均绝经时间 ６．７年（０．８年至 ２６年）。９７．０％（１３０／１３４）
The study was conducted in obstetrics and gynecology clinics in our hospital from August 1988 to December 1997. It is recommended that 134 cases of perimenopausal women treated with 7-methyl-norefonnone be treated, of which 14 cases after hysterectomy. The average age was 55.2 years (ranged from 42 to 70 years) with an average of 6.7 years (0.8 to 26 years) of menopause. 97.0% (130/134)
