本文采用 scl-90量表、locke-wallance 婚姻调适测定及家庭评定设计问卷等对118对较高文化层次的年轻夫妇进行了调查研究,结果表明,在正常人群中的丈夫和妻子均可存在轻度的心理损害,且有女性重于男性的倾向;家庭角色功能不良、家庭沟通不良、家庭行为控制功能不良及情感介入功能不良等对夫妇产生不尽一致的心理反应;夫妇之间的心理症状可交互影响;心理健康仅与其自评的婚姻幸福度有关,与配偶评定的婚姻幸福度无关,提示在人群中开展家庭心理卫生工作的重要性。
In this paper, 118 pairs of young couples with higher cultural level were investigated by scl-90 scale, locke-wallance matrimonial adjustment test and family assessment design questionnaire. The results showed that both husband and wife in normal population may have light Degree of psychological damage, and there are women tend to be more than men; family role dysfunction, poor family communication, family behavior control dysfunction and emotional dysfunction and other couples have different psychological reactions; couples psychological symptoms Which can be interactively affected. Mental health is only related to the self-rated degree of marital happiness, not to the marital happiness assessed by the spouse, suggesting the importance of carrying out family mental health work among the population.
