本文报导用ICP-AES连续测定三七花中稀土元素的方法。样品处理采用干灰化法和目前较新的微波消化法,并进行了测定结果的比较,通过试液与离子交换柱的动态交换试验,确定用阳离子交换树脂对稀土元素进行分离富集后,用2mol/L的HNO_3洗脱基体元素,6~7mol/L的HNO_3洗脱稀土元素,回收率最为理想。将除去大量基体元素的试液上机测试取得了满意的结果。
This paper reports the continuous determination of rare earth elements in Panax notoginseng by ICP-AES. The dry ashing method and the relatively new microwave digestion method were used for sample processing. The comparison of the measurement results was performed. After the dynamic exchange test between the test solution and the ion exchange column, it was determined that the cation exchange resin was used to separate and enrich rare earth elements. Elution of matrix elements with 2 mol/L HNO 3 and rare earth elements with 6-7 mol/L HNO 3 gave the best recovery. Satisfactory results have been obtained with the test solution that removes a large number of matrix elements.
