要预测21世纪思想政治工作,首先要预测21世纪的企业和职工群众的发展变化。 一是企业逐步呈世界化趋势。即企业活动将逐步融入世界经济体系之中。世界银行、国际货币基金组织和世界贸易组织将进一步促进全球性经济合作和交流,打破国界洲界的约束。随着改革开放的深入发展和中国加入世贸组织,中国的跨省跨国企业将会越来越多。这种趋势使企业职工有更多的机会与世界各国人员往来和交流。
To forecast the ideological and political work in the 21st century, we must first predict the development and changes in the enterprises and workers’ masses in the 21st century. First, the business is gradually becoming a global trend. That is, business activities will be gradually integrated into the world economic system. The World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization will further promote global economic cooperation and exchange and break the restrictions of the border circles. With the deepening of reform and opening up and China’s accession to the WTO, China will have more and more trans-provincial and multinational enterprises. This trend gives business workers more opportunities to interact with and exchange information with people from all over the world.
