高血压病的治疗,根据中医辨证论治,多用滋阴药。本文用大白鼠制备4种高血压模型(肾上腺左侧烫伤、睾丸切除、雌鼠每天皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮5毫克共16天及雄鼠每天皮下注射己烯雌酚1—2毫克共16天),并试验4种滋阴药(黄蘗、知母、生地黄及女贞子)对其血压的影响,以尾容器测量大白鼠的血压。睾丸切除、丙酸睾丸酮及己烯雌酚等3型的大白鼠在手术或给性激素后第4周的血压平均值均较手术前非常显著地升高,其中升高20毫米汞柱以上的分别有38,71及88%。肾上腺烫伤型不升压,可能是因烫伤部位太小或太浅,或因未切除肾脏所致。在手术或注射性激素后第6周开始(睾丸切除型于第5周开始),每种模型的大白鼠各分为5组,分别灌服黄蘗、知母、生地黄、女贞子及水。每天剂量:黄蘗与知母为2克生药/公斤,生地黄与女贞子为20克生药/公斤,水为1毫升/鼠。服药2周期内,睾丸切除型大白鼠服4种滋阴药各组的平均收缩压均较服药前1周降低11毫米汞柱以上。黄蘗与知母降低收缩压18与15毫米汞柱;若按降压面积百分比计算,则分别为-18及-16%,与同型对照组比较,降压非常显著(P<0.01),可认为有效。其他各型服不同药的各组,血压降低均在8毫米汞柱以下,其降压面积百分比与对照且比较,降压均不显著。不同的滋阴药,对于各种模型的降压效果各有不同,且对于同一模型的效果也不等。

In this paper, four kinds of models of hypertension were made in rats (left scalp of adrenal gland, orchiectomy, subcutaneous injection of 5 mg of testosterone propionate for 16 days in female mice and 16 mg of diethylstilbestrol in mice subcutaneously every day for 16 days) Four kinds of nourishing drugs (yellow tiller, Anemarrhena, Rehmanniae and Ligustrum lucidum) on its blood pressure, with a tail container to measure the blood pressure of rats. Testicular excision, testosterone propionate and diethylstilbestrol and other type 3 rats in the first 4 weeks after surgery or sex hormone blood pressure were significantly higher than before surgery, including elevated 20 mm Hg above were 38, 71 and 88%. Adrenal scald does not step up, may be due to burns too small or too light, or due to not remove the kidneys. At the 6th week after surgery or injection of sex hormones (testicular excision type begins at the 5th week), the rats in each model were divided into 5 groups, and were administered with Huangpan, Zhimu, Rehmannia, Ligustrum lucidum and water respectively. Daily dose: yellow tiller and Anemarrhenae 2 grams of crude drug / kg, Rehmannia and Ligustrum lucidum 20 g crude drug / kg, water 1 ml / mouse. Within 2 weeks of medication, the average systolic blood pressure of four groups of nourishing yin testis in rats with orchiectomy was lower than 11 mm Hg one week before taking medicine. Hypothalamus and Anemarrhenae decreased systolic blood pressure by 18 and 15 mmHg, respectively, and were -18 and -16%, respectively, when calculated as the percentage of area under depressurization. Compared with the same type of control group, blood pressure was significantly decreased (P <0.01) effective. Other types of clothing with different drugs in each group, blood pressure were less than 8 mm Hg, the percentage of the step-down area compared with the control and blood pressure were not significant. Different nourishing drugs, for various models of antihypertensive effect is different, and for the same model the effect is not the same.
