目的:研究N、P、K缺素培养时,党参幼苗表现出的营养缺乏症状和生理特性变化,为大田栽培的营养诊断和施肥提供理论依据。方法:采用溶液培养法,设全素与氮、磷、钾营养元素缺乏4个处理组,培养期间每7d进行1次表型测定,培养结束时进行茎叶、根的干鲜重、叶绿素含量和根系活力的测定。结果:缺素培养第7天,缺素植株普遍较全素植株生长缓慢,第29天时生长基本停滞,植株较对照处理组矮小,叶片小,须根量少,且各有其特有的症状,生理指标的测定结果均与对照处理组有明显的差异。结论:通过本试验得出党参N、P、K缺乏时的症状和生理特性的变化,可为党参合理施肥提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of nutritional deficiencies and physiological characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula when exposed to N, P and K deficiency, and provide a theoretical basis for nutrition diagnosis and fertilization in field cultivation. Methods: The solution culture method was used to set up four treatment groups which lack the nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. During the cultivation period, the phenotypes were measured every 7 days. At the end of the cultivation, the fresh and dry weight of stem and leaves, And root activity determination. Results: On the 7th day after culture, the deficient plants generally grew more slowly than the whole plants. The growth was almost stagnated on the 29th day. The plants were shorter, leaf smaller and less fibrous than the control, and had their own unique symptoms and physiological The results of the indicators were significantly different from the control group. Conclusion: The change of symptoms and physiological characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula N, P and K deficiency can be obtained through this experiment, which can provide a theoretical basis for Codonopsis pilosula fertilization.
