目的探究临床常用脱敏剂极固宁和采用Pro-Argin技术的高露洁抗敏多效防护牙膏联合应用对牙本质小管封闭作用的影响。方法选取新鲜拔除的人上颌第三磨牙110颗,构建敏感牙本质模型,随机分为5组(n=22),分别涂布药物,A组(人工唾液)、B组(75%的NaF甘油糊剂)、C组(极固宁)、D组(高露洁抗敏多效防护牙膏)、E组(极固宁+高露洁抗敏多效防护牙膏),LSCM观察牙本质小管堵塞情况及渗透深度。结果脱敏剂处理后的牙本质小管堵孔率为E组>C组>D组>B组>A组,渗透深度E组>D组>C组>B组>A组,差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);与其余组别相比,E组LSCM可观察到牙本质表面沉积物绝大部分堵塞牙本质小管,且小管内有大大小小的粒状沉积物。结论极固宁脱敏剂和高露洁抗敏多效防护牙膏联合应用对牙本质小管具有协同封闭作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the commonly used desensitizer Jiguanyining and Colgate anti-allergic multi-effect toothpaste combined with Pro-Argin on dentinal tubule sealing. Methods One hundred fresh maxillary third molars were selected to construct a model of dentin dentine. The models were randomly divided into five groups (n = 22), group A (artificial saliva), group B (75% NaF glycerol (Group C), Group D (Colgate antiseptic multi-purpose protective toothpaste), Group E (Dugangning + Colgate antiseptic multi-purpose protective toothpaste), LSCM observation of dentinal tubule occlusion and penetration depth . Results Desensitization agent treatment of dentin tubule plugging rate for the E group> C group> D group> B group> A group, the depth of penetration E group> D group> C group> B group> A group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Compared with the other groups, group E LSCM showed that most of the dentin surface deposits occluded the dentinal tubules, and there were large and small granular deposits in the tubules. Conclusion The combination of PZGT and Colgate antiseptic multi-purpose toothpaste has synergistic effect on dentinal tubules.
