赵映春在《政策》2005年第1期撰文提出了对于怎样当好一名乡镇干部的一些见解:第一,把握处事原则。在用钱上,要善于盘算,做到有钱会办事,无钱要办事,小钱办大事,再多的钱不能办坏事,在用明天的钱办今天的事时一定要慎重从事。说话办事要认真思考,讲求实效,所说的话、所办的事,都要让老百姓看着顺眼,听着顺耳,想着顺心。
Zhao Yingchun put forward some opinions on how to be a good township cadre in the “Policy” No.1, 2005: First, we should grasp the principle of doing things. In money, be good at calculating, doing money will do things, no money to do things, money to do big things, more money can not do bad things, tomorrow’s money to do with today’s affairs must be cautious. Talking things to think seriously, pragmatic, what they say, what they do, should let the people look pleasing to the eye, listen to the ear, think of the heart.
