In vitro culture of tumor cells to establish cell lines is an important method for tumor research. However, due to the heterogeneity and complexity of tumors, the cellular characteristics of different ethnic and regional tumors are not the same. To this end, we established a new liver cancer cell line in our laboratory and conducted a comparative study with established cell lines at home and abroad to discuss its specificity. Thirty-one cases of surgical resection of liver cancer in Shandong were taken for in vitro culture, and 3 cases were able to grow for a long period of time.
