在过去的10年中,对帕金森病发生发展过程中的一些病理生理学特性的研究已经取得一些进展,现在的研究主要集中于对能够产生保护多巴胺能神经元及改变疾病病程的新一代治疗方式的研究上。一些革新的治疗方式已经在临床前及临床研究中得到了验证,包括对与疾病病程相关的基因进行基因打靶,对神经元的存活和功能发挥决定性作用的神经营养因子的应用,有神经保护作用的新一代的受体激动剂以及抗氧化、抗凋亡等治疗策略。这些研究成果也许为治疗帕金森病提供了新的思路并奠定一定的基础。本文就近年用于治疗帕金森病的一些理论和药物做一综述。
