目的:探讨应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜疾病的价值。方法:回顾分析97例子宫内膜疾病患者经阴道彩色多普勒超声的声像图特点,并与病理结果对照。结果:子宫内膜疾病经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为90.72%,其中子宫内膜增生过长诊断符合率为91.30%、子宫内膜息肉诊断符合率为92.31%、子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断符合率为81.82%、子宫内膜癌诊断符合率为100.00%。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声可清晰显示子宫内膜及宫腔内异常情况,能较准确地诊断出不同的子宫内膜病变,为临床及时诊治子宫内膜病变提供了可靠的依据。
Objective: To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial diseases. Methods: The characteristics of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in 97 cases of endometrial diseases were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the pathological results. Results: The coincidence rate of endometrial diseases diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound was 90.72%. The coincidence rate of endometrial hyperplasia diagnosis was 91.30%, endometrial polyps diagnosis coincidence rate was 92.31%, uterine submucosal fibroids The diagnostic coincidence rate was 81.82%. The coincidence rate of endometrial carcinoma diagnosis was 100.00%. Conclusion: Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the endometrium and intrauterine abnormalities, can accurately diagnose different endometrial lesions, and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial lesions in time.
