通过在高碳钢中加入不同含量Nb,研究了正火空冷条件下Nb对高碳钢组织和性能的变化。通过对比发现加入Nb后钢中边界铁素体含量明显增加,强度降低,韧性得到提高;Nb的加入改变了珠光体形态,对温度变化敏感;Nb还使高碳钢的CCT曲线向右下方移动,细化了珠光体片层间距;Nb含量的改变对CCT珠光体区宽度影响不明显。
By adding Nb in high carbon steel, the influence of Nb on the microstructure and properties of high carbon steel under normal air cooling condition was studied. The results show that the addition of Nb significantly increases the ferritic content in the boundary of the steel and decreases the strength and improves the toughness of the steel. The addition of Nb changes the pearlite morphology and is sensitive to temperature changes. The Nb also moves the CCT curve of high carbon steel to the lower right , Refined the pearlite sheet spacing; Nb content changes on the CCT pearlite width is not obvious.
