Once I saw a consultant who discussed the article “Enterprise Growth Rate” with employees of a large company, the article finally came to the following conclusion: “The reason why small businesses have achieved rapid growth is because small businesses have a small base of development. This is not surprising. This point of view seems very reasonable on the surface, in fact, a blind eye. Its point of view ignores the quintessence of excellent small businesses maintaining rapid growth: owning and maintaining a flexible mechanism; and adapting to a rapidly changing market. This reminds me of some successful big companies. Why do they always appear to be ”large" at a certain stage of development?
