中国职业教育总体所呈现的发展态势非常良好,职业学校招生数连续增长,就业形势也非常好,社会上对职业教育的看法发生了很大的变化,职业教育面临着大好的发展机遇;但在实际推行过程中却遇到了诸多的难题与尴尬:国家大额投入的热情支持与社会的冷漠相对;职业学校本身在完善过程中所暴露出来的种种弊端和面临的困境以及大众的偏颇认识等等。这无形中给职业教育尤其是相对较为弱势的中职教育的健康发展蒙上了一层阴影。本文通过对浙中地区中职教育的改革和发展现状的考察,结合国内外职业教育发展经验,结合实际情况,提出了中职教育改革和发展的几点建议。
The overall trend of vocational education in China shows a very good development trend. The number of enrollment in vocational schools has continuously increased and the employment situation has also been very good. The views on vocational education in the society have undergone great changes. Vocational education is facing great opportunities for development. However, The actual implementation process has encountered many problems and embarrassment: the enthusiasm of the state invested heavily in favor of the relative indifference of society; vocational schools themselves in the process of improvement exposed the drawbacks and difficulties faced by the public awareness of bias and so on . This virtually cast a shadow over the healthy development of vocational education, especially the relatively weak secondary vocational education. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the reform and development of secondary vocational education in the middle part of Zhejiang Province, combined with the development of vocational education at home and abroad, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform and development of secondary vocational education.
