焊接相贯节点在海洋钢结构的导管架和组块中占有很大的比重,焊接管相贯口的切割质量直接制约着相贯节点的质量和精度。本文主要针对我公司相贯口数控切割机床切割质量低下问题进行了分析和研究,并提出了两种优化方案。通过优化相贯口数控切割机的设计,一定程度上解决焊接管相贯口切割问题,满足了施工要求。
The joints of welded joints occupy a large proportion in the jacket and the jacket of the marine steel structure. The cutting quality of the joint of the welded pipe directly restricts the quality and precision of the intersecting joints. In this paper, we mainly analyze and research the problem of low cutting quality of CNC cutting machine at the intersection of our company and propose two optimization schemes. Through optimizing the design of CNC cutting machine, it solves the problem of cross-cutting of welded pipe to a certain extent and meets the construction requirements.
