Objective To investigate the clinical significance of combined determination of fasting blood glucose (FBS), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in acute stroke. Methods Fifty stroke patients were divided into two groups according to the type of disease, FBS and HbA1 c, and the scores of FBS, HbA1 c, LDH and neutrophil (NEUT) in European stroke patients were compared. Differences between indicators. Results The ESS score of cerebral hemorrhage group was lower than that of cerebral infarction group. The incidence of high proportion of NEUT and LDH level in cerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that of cerebral infarction group (P <0.05). ESS score of non - diabetic hyperglycemia group was lower than that of normal blood glucose group ) And diabetic hyperglycemia group (P <0.05). The high incidence of NEUT and the level of LDH were higher than those in normal blood glucose group and diabetic hyperglycemia group (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with high FBS and HbA1c-normal acute stroke have high LDH and severe illness.
