目的 探讨脑梗死偏瘫侧皮温和静脉血气与健侧的差异 ;偏瘫侧皮温和静脉血气与瘫痪的相关性。方法 对 42例脑梗死患者测定其偏瘫侧和健侧皮温及足背静脉血气。结果 偏瘫侧皮温均显著低于健侧 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PO2 和PCO2 分别高于和低于健侧 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;偏瘫侧皮温与PO2 和PCO2 分别呈极显著负相关和显著正相关 (r =- 0 .46 5 ,P <0 .0 1和r =0 .36 7,P <0 .0 5 ,与瘫痪程度呈显著正相关 (r =0 .382 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 脑梗死患者偏瘫侧血液供应减少 ,微循环差 ,有动静脉分流 ,应尽早扩管治疗 ,以利肢体康复。
Objective To investigate the differences of hemodynamics and contralateral hemifacial mild venous hemispheres between cerebral infarction and hemiparetic mild side veins and paralysis. Methods 42 cases of cerebral infarction patients were measured hemiparetic side and contralateral skin temperature and dorsal venous blood. Results The hemiparetic side skin temperature were significantly lower than that of the healthy side (P <0.05), PO2 and PCO2 were higher and lower than those of the healthy side (P <0.01) (R = - 0.46 5, P <0.01 and r = 0.36 7, P <0.05), and had a significant positive correlation with the degree of paralysis (r = 0 .382, P <0.05) .Conclusion Hemiparalysis side blood supply decreased in patients with cerebral infarction, poor microcirculation, arteriovenous shunts should be expanded as soon as possible to facilitate limb healing.
