一机部第七设计院继1973年在平顶山高压开关厂设计150℃/70℃氮气定压高温热水系统之后,于陕西蒲城变压器厂又设计了130℃/70℃淋水加热蒸汽定压高温热水系统。该系统于1979年冬投入使用,经一个多月的调试运行,供水温度达到了设计值130℃。回水温度由于有一个车间的热水暖风机尚未投入使用,加上有一个车间管板式辐射板加工过程在选型上的差错,使回水温度只能降到85℃~90℃左右。短期运行已可看出,淋水加热蒸汽定压高温热水系统,运行可靠,操作方便,它在兼有生产和采暖负荷的工矿企业是有发展前途的(系统原理见附图)。
