制备了一种以酸性氧化铝为吸附剂的医用~(188)W/~(188)Re发生器。~(188)Re可以用含或不含抗坏血酸的生理盐水淋洗得到。~(188)Re的淋洗产额在三个月之内可以大于70％。~(188)W的漏穿量小于10~(-4)％,而核纯和放射化学纯度均大于99％。
A medical ~ (188) W / ~ (188) Re generator with acidic alumina as adsorbent was prepared. ~ (188) Re can be rinsed with physiological saline with or without ascorbate. The leaching yield of ~ (188) Re can be greater than 70% within three months. The leakage of ~ (188) W was less than 10 ~ (-4)%, while the purity of nuclear and radiochemical purity was more than 99%.
