随着信息社会的发展,图书馆服务理念和服务模式不断变化,传统的组织结构己经显出诸多弊端,阻碍了图书馆的发展。合理运用委员会能弥补传统的图书馆组织结构带来的弊端,使图书馆的各组成部分协调高效地发挥作用。
With the development of information society, the service concept and service mode of library are constantly changing. The traditional organizational structure has shown many drawbacks and hindered the development of the library.
