就业总量将增加从长期来看,加入WTO将促进我国对外贸易的增长,更加有效地吸引国外资金,因此会对就业产生积极的影响。总的说来,就业总量将有所增加。从短期看,由于目前国内企业适应国际市场变化的能力较差,近期内有可能加剧企业重组、兼并、关闭甚至破产,这在某种程度上会造成一定范围内的就业减少和结构性失业的增加,失业率将有所提高。
