水资源管理决策是典型的非结构或半结构决策问题,将区间数的多属性决策应用于水资源管理决策领域,采用基于灰色系统理论的多指标灰区间数关联决策模型.通过引入灰区间数序列的范数完成多指标决策矩阵的规范化处理,构建综合灰色信息的理想区间方案,从方案优属度出发获得最优决策方案.最后,通过实例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性.
Water resources management decision-making is a typical unstructured or semi-structured decision-making problem, the multi-attribute decision-making of interval numbers is applied to the field of water resources management decision-making, and the multi-indicator gray interval number-based decision making model based on gray system theory is adopted. The norm of the sequence is used to normalize the multi-criteria decision matrix and construct the ideal interval scheme of comprehensive gray information, and the optimal decision scheme is obtained from the optimality of the scheme.Finally, the validity and practicability of the model are verified by an example.
