阴道漏尿是妇产科手术后最差的并发症之一,1989～1993年共治疗24例膀胱阴道瘘,平均年龄45.7(18～74)岁,其中漏尿前曾经腹式全子宫切除12例,阴式全子宫切除3例,前阴道壁修补术2例,尿道憩室切除术2例,尿失禁手术1例,骨盆外伤和膀胱阴道破裂经多次失败手术1例。从妇科手术至诊断尿瘘的时间为4天～7周。为减轻漏尿症状均
Vaginal leakage is one of the worst complication after obstetrics and gynecology surgery.
