家庭教师的主要职责,就是针对学生的个人特点制定相应的学习计划,并有效填补学生在学校课堂知识学习中的不足,将课堂延伸到家庭之中,以形成一个持续有机的学习系统。作为一名初中英语家教老师,面对新一轮的课程标准,能否及时转变教学辅导理念和方法,显得尤为重要。文章围绕初中英语新目标课程标准的变化,从家庭教师的角度,就如何调提高初中学生英语学习水平的辅导策略进行探讨,旨在提高家庭辅助教学与学校教学的衔接深度,有效发掘家庭教学的辅助作用。
