满负荷工作法是一种创举,是吸收国外管理经验与我国国情相结合的产物。这种工作方法适应我国当前工业发展与管理的实际需要。对满负荷工作法不能简单地理解为仅仅是一种定额工作法,因为它已从单一的定额考核发展成为一种综合工作体系。它不仅适应于工业企业的工作地管理,而且也适应于职能部门、技术部门以及机关和行政工作等性质的管理工作。这种方法的推广,将有利于完成党的十三大提出的各项任务,是企业完成各项中心工作,提高经济效益和工作效果的有效手段。一、满负荷工作法的基本概念
