采用紫外分光光度法测定土霉素片的含量。以盐酸液(0.1mol/L)为溶剂,检测波长为353nm,土霉素的浓度10~26μg/ml,与吸收度呈线性相关(r=0.9999;回归方程C=32.452A+0.0037),回收率为100.1%,相对标准偏差为0.15%(n=6)。与抗生素微生物检定法做比较试验,两种分析方法间无显著性差异。本法简便、准确,适用于常规分析。
Determination of oxytetracycline tablets by UV spectrophotometry. With hydrochloric acid (0.1 mol / L) as solvent, the detection wavelength was 353 nm and the concentration of oxytetracycline was 10-26 μg / ml, which was linearly correlated with the absorbance (r = 0.9999; regression equation C = 32.452A + 0037). The recovery was 100.1% and the relative standard deviation was 0.15% (n = 6). Compared with the antibiotic microbial test, there was no significant difference between the two methods. This method is simple, accurate and suitable for routine analysis.
