加拿大早熟群体杂交选系农艺性状的综合评价

以80份加拿大玉米群体杂交选系为材料,通过田间农艺性状鉴定结果表明,供试自交系存在丰富的表型遗传变异。主成分分析结果筛选到12份综合性状表现优良的杂交选系,SW1184(B73×EP8)、SW1084(Mo17×EP3)、SW1081(Mo17×EP3)、SW1195(掖478×EP18)和SW1137(龙抗11×EP21)等选系生育期较早,株高和穗位高适中,花期间隔较短,单株产量和百粒重较高,出籽率较高,其他性状综合表现较好。SW1184(B73×EP8)各性状表现均优良,在育种中可优先利用。 Based on the field selection of agronomic traits in 80 Canadian maize hybrids, the results showed that there were abundant phenotypic genetic variations in inbred lines. The results of principal component analysis screened 12 hybrid lines with excellent comprehensive traits, including SW1184 (B73 × EP8), SW1084 (Mo17 × EP3), SW1081 (Mo17 × EP3), SW1195 (Ye478 × EP18) and SW1137 11 × EP21) had earlier growth period, higher plant height and ear height, shorter interval of flowering period, higher yield per plant and 100-grain weight, higher seed-yielding rate and better performance of other traits. SW1184 (B73 × EP8) performed well in all traits and could be used preferentially in breeding.
