宝鸡峡灌区不断深化人事制度改革,好戏连台,继实行职工内部退休、人员分流进实体等举措之后,又在新工分配中大胆推行内部招聘制度.元月20日,宝鸡峡管理局法门寺职工培训中心彩旗飘扬,标语醒目,气氛热烈,经过学习培训的53名大中专技校毕业生和退伍军人将要面临严峻挑战——打破常规,不再由局直接分配,而是和局下属五个实体单位双向选择择业,实行内部招聘制,未被聘用人员将失去这次就业机会.经过激烈竞争,加之实体单位需要“新鲜血液”,53名新工中52人被聘用.这次内部招聘之所以比较成功,贵在思想解放、措施得力,具体做法有以下四点:
