设计了一种以dsPIC33FJ128MC804数字信号控制器为主控芯片的井下大容量存储设备。该设备通过半双工485现场总线接收信息帧,利用SPI串行总线先将数据存储在非易失磁阻存储芯片构成的缓冲存储器内,再把数据从缓冲存储器转存到闪存阵列中。设计中使用无读写次数限制的缓冲存储器,延长了设备的使用寿命;使用基于非易失磁阻存储芯片的双备份方式存储地址,并对地址进行CRC校验,实现了掉电地址保护功能。该设备能够适应井下高温环境,满足了数据实时存储的要求。
Designed a dsPIC33FJ128MC804 digital signal controller as the main chip downhole high-capacity storage devices. The device receives the information frame through the half-duplex 485 field bus, uses the SPI serial bus to store the data in the buffer memory formed by the non-volatile magnetoresistive memory chip, and then transfers the data from the buffer memory to the flash array. The use of non-read and write limit the number of buffer memory design to extend the life of the equipment; use non-volatile based on the two-way backup memory chip storage address and CRC address verification to achieve the power-down address protection . The device can adapt to underground high temperature environment, to meet the real-time data storage requirements.
