利用录像解析和专家访谈等研究方法,对俄罗斯优秀散打运动员穆斯里穆的技战术特点进行了分析。结果表明,该运动员具有技术全面,特长突出;攻守平衡,擅长反击;战术运用灵活,善于审时度势等特点。文章针对其不足提出了相应的对策:把握对手腿法的规律,抑制其特长技术的发挥;合理利用规则,积极使用搂抱技术;积极使用组合连击技术,避免使用单一的腿法进攻技术;提倡“积极凶猛,刚柔并济”的战术打法等。
Using the methods of video analysis and expert interviews, the author analyzes the technical and tactical characteristics of Musilimu, a Russian outstanding Sanda athlete. The results show that the athlete has the characteristics of comprehensive skills, outstanding specialty, offensive and defensive balance, good counterattack, tactical flexibility and good judgment of the situation. The article puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to its deficiency: grasping the law of opponent’s leg law, restraining the exertion of its specialty technology; using the rules reasonably, actively using cuddle technique; actively using combination combo technique to avoid single leg technique attack; advocating “Fierce, rigid and flexible ” tactical play and so on.
