华北召开中等教育会议这是1948年9月给毛泽东同志送审的一条新闻标题。毛泽东同志把这个标题改为:华北中等教育会议决定改善中等教育的诸项制度毛泽东同志就此指出:“凡新闻,标题必须有内容。原题并无内容,不能引人注目。”(见《毛泽东新闻工作文选》第157页)
