构建和谐社会、和谐企业是全面贯彻落实科学发展观的基本要求;是企业不断发展壮大的必然要求;也是新的历史条件下对工会工作提出的更高要求。工会作为党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,在企业民主管理、企业和谐发展中起到不可替代的作用。近年来,长兴公司工会为适应新形势的需要,努力探索、认真总结,积极发挥组织作用,为推进企业和谐发展作出了应有的贡献。
Building a harmonious society and harmonious enterprises are the basic requirements for the full implementation of the scientific concept of development; they are the necessary requirements for the continuous development and expansion of enterprises; and they are also the higher requirements for the work of trade unions under the new historical conditions. As a bridge and link between the party and the workers and the masses, trade unions play an irreplaceable role in the democratic management of enterprises and in the harmonious development of enterprises. In recent years, in order to meet the needs of the new situation, the trade unions of Changxing Company have made great efforts to explore and conscientiously sum up, actively play an organizational role, and made due contributions to promoting the harmonious development of the enterprises.
