各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,防城港区,区直各委、办、厅、局:国务院关于大力加强城乡个体工商户和私营企业税收征管工作的决定(国发[1989]60号)(下称决定)已翻印发给你们,为了更好贯彻《决定》,现结合我区实际作如下通知:一、各级人民政府应组织税务、工商等有关部门认真学习《决定》,深刻领会《决定》的精神实质,统一认识,并研究制定贯彻落实《决定》的措施。
