既要“减负”,又要保证教学质量,这是当前学校教育改革面临的重要课题。其实,减轻学生负担与提高教学质量并不矛盾,“减负”是减掉学生不合理的课业负担和过重的心理包袱。但现实中一些教师却依然眼光短浅、急功近利,他们不把精力放在提高课堂教学质量和效率上,而是靠抢占学生课间的休息时间来完成自己未完成的任务:如叫学生到办公室检查订正作业、找学生谈心、在教室里盯着学生做完作业再放行,学生连上厕所也得跑步前去,有些教师甚至拖堂至下节课……这对学生身心造成了很大的损害。学生课间休息十分钟,既有生理学、心理学的科学依据,更是一种法律规定。对这种挤、挪、占用学生课间十分钟的现象,我们必须制止。
