党的十一届三中全会胜利召开之后,乡镇企业宛如雨后春笋般在神州大地蓬勃兴起。我厂在这一大好形势下,遵照“离土不离乡,奋力奔小康”的精神,大胆走改革创新之路,不断完善企业经营管理,使一个小小的乡镇企业发生很大变化。尤其是1992年以来,在市场激烈竞争中,上新品、保质量、重服务,使生产又出现新的飞跃,连续3年利税平均递增20%,并被石家庄市评为“百强乡镇企业”。那么,我们如何搞好企业经营呢?这里结合实例浅谈一下我
