目的:对复明片进行质量标准的研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的枸杞子、人参、决明子、黄连进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对山茱萸中的马钱苷进行含量测定。结果:在薄层色谱中均可检出枸杞子、人参、决明子、黄连的特征斑点;马钱苷分别在0.0972~0.486μg(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,回收率为97.34%(RSD=2.05%,n=5)。结论:本方法简便可行、重复性好,能有效控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To study the quality standard of Fuming tablets. Methods: The prescriptions were identified by TLC. Qualitative identification of medlar, ginseng, cassia seed, and berberine were carried out. The content of loganin in Cornus officinalis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The spots of medlar, ginseng, cassia seed and berberine were all detected in thin layer chromatography. The logarithm of loganin in the range of 0.0972 ~ 0.486μg (r = 0.9999) was good with the recovery of 97.34% (RSD = 2.05%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, reproducible, and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
