目的 了解南海市南庄镇和小塘镇人群饮用水氟浓度 ,作为制订防龋计划的依据和防龋项目评价的基线资料。方法 分别在两个镇的自来水厂、每个镇不同方向两个区域随机采样 ,采用氟离子选择电极法测定水氟浓度。结果 南庄镇自来水氟浓度为 (0 .15± 0 .0 0 )mg/L ,小塘镇自来水氟浓度为 (0 .2 4± 0 .0 1)mg/L ,两镇自来水氟浓度比较 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 南海市南庄镇和小塘镇均为低氟地区 ,符合全身用氟项目的试点研究的条件。两镇人群氟摄入量有差别 ,在制定防龋计划时应考虑到这一差异。
Objective To understand the fluoride concentration of drinking water in Nanzhuang Town and Xiaotang Town of Nanhai City as the basis for formulating the anti-caries plan and the baseline data of the evaluation of anti-caries project. Methods Water samples were collected from two tap water factories in two towns and two directions in different directions in each town. Fluoride ion selective electrode method was used to determine the fluoride concentration in water. Results The fluoride concentration of tap water in Nanzhuang Town was (0.15 ± 0. 0 0) mg / L, the tapioca fluoride concentration in Xiaotang Town was (0.24 ± 0. 01) mg / L, The difference was highly significant (P <0.01). Conclusions Nanzhuang Town and Xiaotang Town, Nanhai City, are all low-fluoride areas, which is in line with the pilot study conditions for the whole-body fluorine project. There are differences between the two groups of people fluoride intake, in the development of anti-caries program should take into account this difference.
