用血栓弹力图仪观察木瓜胶代血浆注射液对正常成年人血液凝固的影响,同时以中分子量右旋糖酐注射液做对照。测得不同稀释度(10%、30%和50%)的两种代血浆在血栓弹力图(TE-Gm)上血凝反应时间(r)、凝固速度(k)和最大振幅(ma)的变化。木瓜胶组的r值和k值二者均比右旋糖酐组为低,接近于生理盐水组;至于ma值则大于右旋糖酐组。当血液稀释度为50%时,两种代血浆的TEGm的r、k和ma值差别均为显著。结果表明木瓜胶代血浆对延缓血液凝固的作用没有右旋糖酐注射液明显。这与临床上输注较大剂量木瓜胶代血浆治疗休克病人时没有发生出血倾向的情况相符。
Thromboelastometer was used to observe the effect of papaya gel substitute on blood coagulation in normal adults. At the same time, dextran injection with medium molecular weight was used as control. The blood coagulation reaction time (r), the coagulation rate (k) and the maximum amplitude (ma) of two generations of plasma with different dilutions (10%, 30% and 50%) were measured on the thrombus elastography (TE-Gm) Variety. The papaya group r value and k value were lower than the dextran group, close to the saline group; as ma value is greater than the dextran group. When the hemodilution was 50%, the differences of r, k and ma between the two generations of plasma TEGm were all significant. The results showed that the role of papaya gel instead of plasma delaying blood coagulation was not obvious dextran injection. This is consistent with the clinical infusion of larger doses of papaya gel instead of plasma in the treatment of shock patients without bleeding tendency.
