在七月七日召开的中国自然辩证法研究会常务理事扩大会上,教育部张健同志就自然辩证法课教学问题传达了教育部党组的意见。自然辩证法既是马克思主义的基本方法论,又是认识客观规律,探索客观规律的一个很重要的途径。教育部党组从来没有说要剥弱自然辩证法教育,自然辩证法作为研究生的必修课这一决定没有改变。何东昌同志让我告诉大家,部里的意见是加强这一方面的工作,加强自然辩证法的教学。我们现在不是马克思主义水平高了,也不是马克思主义(包括自然辩证法)修养多了,恰恰相反,我们水平太低。十年动乱所以产生的一个重要原因,就是党的一些同志对违背马克思主义的错误东西缺乏抵制的自觉性。陈云同志一度号召我们学习哲学,提高马列主义理论水平,这是很对的,应当看作是党的建设的重要方面。
At the enlarged meeting of executive director of the China Dialectics of Nature Association on July 7, Comrade Zhang Jian of the Ministry of Education conveyed the views of the party groups under the Ministry of Education on the teaching of Dialectics of Nature course. Dialectics of nature is not only the basic methodology of Marxism, but also an important way to understand objective laws and explore objective laws. The party group of the Ministry of Education never said that we should weaken the education of dialectics of nature and that the decision of dialectics of nature as a required course for postgraduates has not changed. Comrade He Dongchang let me tell you that the opinion of the Ministry is to step up work in this area and strengthen the teaching of dialectics of nature. We are not now at a high level of Marxism nor are we cultivating more Marxism (including dialectics of nature). On the contrary, we are at a low level. One of the important reasons that led to the turmoil of the past decade was that some of the party’s comrades lacked the awareness of resistance to the wrong things that went against Marxism. Comrade Chen Yun once called us to study philosophy and raise the theoretical level of Marxism-Leninism, which is right and should be regarded as an important aspect of party building.
