兰花集团是我省第一家上市的煤炭公司,经过十年的全面创新,已经由一个资源依赖企业转型为创新驱动型企业。总资产由成立之初的的7.42亿元增长到近96.96亿元,相当于10年再造12个兰花集团,净资产由3.47亿元增长到42.67亿元,国有资产保值增值率达到17%。这一系列的成就为国有中小企业、集体经济走向市场做大做强提供了一条具有指导意义的道路。日前,就兰花集团的创新发展历程,记者对兰花集团董事长贺贵元先生进行了专访:
Orchid Group is the first listed coal company in our province. After 10 years of comprehensive innovation, Orchid Group has been transformed from a resource-dependent enterprise into an innovation-driven enterprise. Total assets increased from 742 million yuan at its inception to nearly 9,696 million yuan, equivalent to 12 orchids reengineered in 10 years. Net assets increased from 347 million yuan to 4,267 million yuan, while the value-added and growth of state-owned assets reached 17%. This series of achievements has provided a guiding road for the state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises and the collective economy to become bigger and stronger in the market.
