针对循环流化床燃烧与运行的本质特点,建立了以床内全部未燃烬碳为对象的残碳动力学燃烧及动态能量平衡数学模型,加上以排渣量为主动操作量的动态物料平衡模型、考虑流化床压降与风量间相互作用的复合压降模型、以及有关流动参数及传热系数分布特性的考虑,构成了基本反映循环流化床本质特性的完整动态数学模型。借助先进图形化建模工具,建立了包括流化床燃烧系统、蒸汽发生器系统和各种辅助系统在内的循环流化床锅炉系统仿真平台,并为控制策略研究和控制系统测试设置了必要的接口。仿真计算及实验验证了模型及平台的正确性及实时性。
