应用药物、心理疏导、性教育及性行为指导等方法,经直肠固有筋膜与Waldeyer筋膜间隙注入复合药物及口服麻黄素等综合治疗功能性不射精症62例,治愈率为88.7％,总有效率达93.37％。认为本方法合乎射精生理变化,无明显副反应及并发症。
Sixty-two patients with functional non-ejaculation syndrome were treated by injecting drugs and oral ephedrine through the natural fascia of the rectum and Waldeyer’s fascia through the methods of medication, psychological counseling, sex education and sexual guidance. The cure rate was 88.7% Effective rate of 93.37%. This method is considered ejaculation physiological changes, no obvious side effects and complications.
