天津8·12滨海新区火灾爆炸事故造成巨大财产损失、人员伤亡,该起事故的消防救援工作应该有很多经验、教训值得去深入挖掘,以提高消防部门处置化学危险品的救援能力。本文简介了8·12事故情况、对《中华人民共和国消防法》中关于救援工作提出了修改建议,对消防部队应对化学危险品处置工作提出了3条改进建议。
Tianjin 8.12 The fire and explosion in Binhai New Area caused huge property losses and casualties. There should be a lot of experience in fire fighting and rescue work for this accident, and the lessons deserve further digging to improve the rescue capability of the fire department in disposal of dangerous chemicals. This article briefly introduces the 8/12 accident situation, puts forward some suggestions on the rescue work in the “Fire Prevention Law of the People’s Republic of China”, and puts forward 3 suggestions for improving the handling of chemical dangerous goods by the fire brigade.
