镗削的快速对刀,特别是多轴组合镗削的快速对刀,直接影响产品质量和生产效率。现有的对刀仪还不能适应多变尺寸的固定使用,因此,不少单位常将对刀块与对刀仪配合使用,但对刀块的设计结构比较复杂,加工要求和成本比较高,特别在多轴组合镗中,n个主轴需备n套对刀块,既不经济,也不利于使用保管。我们在东方红-75/54拖拉机变速箱多轴组合镗床上,设计了F 10-002对刀尺寸储存器,与T0681对刀仪配合使用,取得了良好效果。现介绍如下:
