事故经过:某矿山单位的一台EQ3141G型东风自卸汽车,在溜井进行废石卸载作业完毕后,忘记放下车厢,将6千伏高压输电线路挂断,所幸未造成人员伤亡。在现有生产运输过程中,因自卸汽车车厢刮断风水管路、桥梁、电力通讯电缆等事故比比皆是。在本次事故中,导致事故发生的主要原因包括以下几个方面:
